1. Formulate and optimize production line process standards, specifications and operation instructions according to product requirements to stabilize and improve product quality;
2. Solve technical difficulties and quality problems in production, provide technical guidance to ensure stable operation of production lines;
3. Count and analyze production process parameters and data, and propose process optimization suggestions.

Job Requirements

1. Background in metal materials, powder metallurgy or superhard materials, familiar with the industry;
2. CET-4 or above;
3. Familiar with hard alloy product design methods or processing technologies;
4. Sound physical and mental health.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the technical team to formulate and optimize production line process standards, specifications and operation instructions to stabilize and improve product quality;
2. Count and analyze production process parameters and data, and propose process optimization plans;
3. Put forward improvement schemes for on-site tooling upgrading and logistics line optimization to improve production efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Mechanical major background with industry experience;
2. Skilled in mechanical drawing, familiar with hard alloy processing technology; sound physical and mental health;
3. Strong communication skills and logical thinking ability.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct statistical analysis of processing quality and compile quality briefings;
2. Supervise the effective implementation of product quality inspection;
3. Analyze quality problems in product processing;
4. Analyze and control quality costs of process processing and purchased parts acceptance;
5. Supervise and inspect the maintenance of testing instruments and equipment;
6. Formulate and revise inspection standards, inspection methods and inspection procedures.
