New SGV series mining tricone bit

Shareate is happy to report of excellent performance with our latest SGV series mining tricone bit, the average meter of SGV increased significantly compared with conventional SGA series, help our customers reducing the cost per meter and increasing the bit service life, received the on-site data from coal mines, iron ore and copper mines from our international markets. 

In view of the increasingly fierce competition environment in the open-pit mining world, Shareate has launched the latest SGV series tricone bit which adopting composite sealed bearing, specific insert type and carbide grade are selected with more wear resistance and toughness to balance the working load of cutting inserts, the new enhanced lug back with additional auxiliary carbide effectively reduces the wear in abrasive ground conditions, vacuum grease injection system inside.
